About Me:
I'm the ESF ICT Adviser - at least till August 2008 and then I'm handing over the torch to Paul White. There is some great innovative work going on with Learning Technology across the whole education community in Hong Kong and I hope this conference will be the first of many events where we can all get together to celebrate and share our practice

Trick Question!

What is the longest distance in the world? "The longest distance in this world is the distance between an official state curriculum policy and and what goes on in a child's' mind" Prof James MacBeath Cambridge University I enjoy using this quote in presentations ( thanks to a colleague in the Education Bureau) because it sums up the challenge of the conference. How do we bridge the gap between our aspirations for technology and what actually goes on in the classroom?. Peter
